McCloskey & Faber, PC has been providing Landscape Architectural services for Riddle Memorial Hospital since 1986. Originally commissioned to develop Master Plans for a parking expansion program, McCloskey & Faber, P.C. quickly became involved with much more. Work has included a new site vehicular circulation pattern, a 5-story parking garage expansion, and site planning for an outpatient services tower. Our master plans and graphic site sections have been rendered for presentation to the zoning board and elected officials. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. actively participated in securing the approvals and waivers necessary to build the various projects. Pedestrian safety and added amenities have been an important component to the overall success of the projects. We continue to advise the hospital regarding program expansions and modifications to their site.
