Trump Plaza is one of three exciting Casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey created by the Trump Organization. The bottom photograph shows the property before construction. It was established early in the development of this property that the existing three-story residence to the left of the driveway would remain. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. was commissioned as the prime consultant of the team to provide a new entrance statement for the facility. McCloskey & Faber P.C.'s work included design and documentation drawings and specifications for landscaping, flagpoles, feature lighting, bollards, walls and paving materials. Evergreen plantings and earth mounding were introduced to screen the neighboring residence and parking areas. The planting design was created to direct the eye toward the main entrance. The picture above is a computer-generated photograph rendering of proposed construction prepared by McCloskey & Faber P.C. based on the original winter photograph of existing conditions. This rendering was used in marketing efforts by Trump Plaza during and shortly after construction.
