McCloskey & Faber, P.C. is a professional corporation with a staff of twelve, eight of whom have degrees in Landscape Architecture and/or Land Planning. Located near Philadelphia in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, the firm has been in business since 1980. The principals, Hewitt B. McCloskey, Jr., and James R. Faber, are Registered Landscape Architects in Pennsylvania and adjoining states. Both are members in good standing of the American Society of Landscape Architects. They also serve as Township Landscape Architects for five municipalities.

McCloskey & Faber, P.C. is dedicated to the harmonious integration of project development with the natural resources and character of each site. Our services include Land Use Planning and Management, Environmental Assessment, Site Design and Detailing, Campus Planning, Landscape Design, Recreational Planning, and Expert Testimony. We work on projects located throughout the eastern United States, with much of our activity at sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

McCloskey & Faber, P.C. maintains flexibility. Projects have ranged in size from small urban gardens to 500-acre sub-regional parks. We are currently providing design services for corporate centers, educational campuses, hotels, casinos, life care facilities, regional hospitals, municipalities, and public parks. Regardless of size, our designs are tailored to the needs and requirements of the client. Our role as a part of the design team may vary depending on the project. Our contributions often start with site selection, programming and master planning as a first step, followed by design development and construction documentation, and field inspection of construction results. Depending on the type of project, we may be the design leader. More often, we are a member of the project team, lending our expertise where needed.
