McCloskey & Faber, P.C. prepared a Master Plan for 400 acres of open space lands, analyzing data from Bucks County Planning and the Soil Conservation District to determine recreational uses appropriate to the natural conditions. Several existing parks are connected into one unified plan, providing both active and passive recreational opportunities, coordinating the needs of multiple interest groups while maintaining open space goals of Warrington Township. This Master Plan was instrumental in soliciting funding for the new Special Equestrian Center, and is being used for other funding applications.
