Meridian of Valley Square is an age-restricted residential condominium community tied conveniently into a planned retail and office "lifestyle" development. The community provides extensive walking trails, site buffering and detail oriented landscape features such as brick paving and ornamental metal railing fences.  The project included the design of a central community space with a man-made pond that will serve as the focus of the community, in part, as a stormwater management device.  A gazebo extends out into the water and two additional seating areas were included around the pond.  McCloskey & Faber, P.C. were active in the design development process through the construction document preparation.  Meridian of Valley Square is currently under construction. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. will remain involved during the construction phase.
