Riddle Village is a 45-acre Lifecare Retirement Community located beside Riddle Hospital. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. designed the master plan, lighting, and landscape design for the site and performed construction administration through the phased development. The facility's central courtyard, also designed and documented by McCloskey & Faber, P.C., has shuffleboard courts, a putting green, gazebo, pond, and seating areas, all of which provide opportunities for residents to engage in social and recreational activities.
