Spring House Farm is a 57 acre residential land development located in Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The project consists of 51 new residences and 1 existing residence and barn. McCloskey & Faber assisted in the site planning, landscaping, and lighting design. McCloskey & Faber developed landscape buffer plans along the perimeter of the property to reduce the impact of the development on existing neighbors, entrance features, construction drawings, and testified at township presentations to work toward final approval of the plans.
