McCloskey & Faber was retained by WATG Architects in conjunction with SOSH Architects to design and document paving patterns and site furnishings along the main vehicular entrance to the hotel/casino, and later for renovations to the existing Porte Cochere facilities. This effort is part of a major retail and parking garage expansion of the Tropicana Hotel/Casino facility. New construction has an Old World Cuban theme in a similar vein to casinos recently constructed in Las Vegas. Drawings illustrate the proposed paving patterns along Brighton Avenue, modifications to existing intersection paving to integrate the Cuban theme, and a portion of new paving patterns at the Porte Cochere.
