Meridian at Valley Square is an age-restricted residential condominium community tied conveniently into the Valley Square planned retail, residential and office "lifestyle" development.

The community provides extensive walking trails, site buffering and detail-oriented landscape features such as brick paving and ornamental metal fences. The project included the design of a central community space with a man-made pond that will serve as the focus of the community and as a stormwater management device. A gazebo extends out into the water and two additional seating areas are included around the pond. McCloskey & Faber were active in the design development process through construction documentation and construction.
