Colorcon Global Headquarters received the 2010 Montgomery County 2010 Land Development Award for sensitive site design, sustainable building practices, and natural landscape features. The facility, which successfully blends into the surrounding neighborhood, promotes environmental sustainability.

McCloskey & Faber project, Switchville Crossing, a mixed-use development on Highland and Wharton Roads in Abington Township, achieved top marks from Abington Township’s Economic Development Committee on Dec 14, 2010, receiving an award for “Excellence in Site Development and Architectural Design.”
