Liberty Property Trust is a leader in developing environmentally sensitive properties and 420 Delaware Drive is just one of them. Many aspects of this site, interior and exterior, were designed in conformance to LEED, Leadership in Environmental and Energy Designs, standards. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. was involved in the preparation of the landscape and site lighting design. Lighting was meticulously thought out to reduce spill onto adjacent properties and to minimize overall light pollution. Lastly, McCloskey & Faber, P.C. selected native plant species within the landscape to avoid irrigation and unnecessary use of pesticides.
