The Pavilion is a renovation of an existing shopping center located at the intersection of South Broad Street and Hancock Street in Lansdale, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. assisted the owner and design team by locating a system of pedestrian walkways and courtyards to create a “Village” style environment. An extensive streetscape consisting of a series of low walls and hedges were designed to soften views of the parking lots while creating a design rhythm that is attractive to visitors to the center. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. prepared numerous site plans, photo visualizations and graphic elevations to assist the client in marketing their renovated “Village” style center to perspective tenants.
