Village Square Shopping Center is located in a Village Commercial Overlay Zoning District and is directly across the street from an upscale residential development. To mitigate the view of the shopping center's parking area, a significant landscape buffer and berm were required by the township. McCloskey & Faber, P.C. combined architectural walls, flagpoles and plant material to design an attractive yet effective buffer that creates an impression of arrival before you enter from the street. Additional services included site lighting design and municipal presentations.
