McCloskey & Faber, P.C. included the "arbours" theme into the design of the site's entrance feature, shown above. Services also included landscape and site lighting design, grading, and construction detailing for the community's clubhouse, which has a swimming pool, cabana, poolside shade arbors, gazebo, bocce and tennis courts, and a nine hole putting green.
