Valley Square Shopping Center is a 120 Acre development located in a Mixed-use Zoning District.  The District encourages multiple uses including retail, office and residential.  The project includes a Lifestyle Retail Center which is designed to emulate a downtown retail environment, traditional large retail stores such as Wegmans and Circuit City, medical offices, general offices and an age restricted community. 

McCloskey & Faber, P.C. provided Landscape Design and Site Lighting Design services for the entire project as well as Hardscape Paving Design services for the Lifestyle Center and the Residential Community.  McCloskey & Faber played an active role in mitigating township and neighborhood concerns regarding buffering and light trespass issues enabling the developer to attain approvals more readily.  After attaining township approvals McCloskey & Faber provided more detailed design services for the Lifestyle Center, the Wegmans Food Store and Meridian at Valley Square, the age restricted community.  McCloskey & Faber continued to participate throughout the construction and administration of the project.
